We had a wonderful stay! The hotel's location was safe and clean, and only a short walk to the main plaza. The spacious room was upgraded for us, had a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony. The staff were amazing - Lawnie, Michelle, Isabella and Vicky - they were very responsive, accommodating and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean with fresh linens and towels, and the breakfast every morning was delicious with fresh fruits and eggs. We also appreciated having access to a washer and dryer as well.
No issues.

Loved staying here! the room was beautiful with a comfy bed and an amazing shower. the best part was discovering all the great restaurants and shops nearby. the accommodation was also located just a short walk from the city center which was great!
we were surprised to find that there was no front desk or concierge available, and no bar on the premises.

The breakfast and room view were exceptional. The fact that it was a 15-minute walk to the town center and away from the hustle and bustle was exactly what we wanted. The streets around the hotel were charming and beautiful to admire.
There was no front desk or concierge available to help us plan activities during the Christmas period. , the absence of a bar was a let-down for a holiday stay.

The luxurious amenities here left me feeling pampered and indulged. the spa & wellness centre offered excellent massages, facials, and beauty treatments that made my stay unforgettable. My comfortable room was fully equipped with all the facilities I needed, and I enjoyed the in-room breakfast each morning.
While the service was exceptional, wait times at the bar/lounge area could be long. Despite this minor issue, the staff were always friendly and attentive, ready to cater to my every whim.

The neighborhood was safe and clean, and I enjoyed a pleasant 15-minute walk to the main plaza. The owners even gave me a room with a kitchen and balcony. Plus, the mattress warmer was a delightful touch! The responsiveness of Lawnie and Michelle ensured a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

the room had a comfortable bed with a great shower. the breakfast provided fresh fruit and delicious eggs. We also had access to a washer and dryer, which was quite helpful.
The lack of a front desk and the absence of air conditioning made it difficult to feel like we were staying at a luxury boutique hotel.
